The pandemic has made the work of charities different and
difficult. Work has been suspended. Funding has diminished. Institutions with
long term commitments have to reduce their ambition.
Given the difficulties of fundraising as part of Church festivals of Harvest, Christmas, Lent, our Mission Team is taking a different approach.
We are Identifying a charity every two months to promote through all available channels of communication. We will hold (or join) an event to bring the charity into the public eye such as:
(Virtual) coffee mornings
A walk
An externally sponsored event.
