Sharing our Experience of God's Love

Regular Activities

Below are some regular activities.  Please consult the newsletter for latest information.

Open Church

doorSt. Peter's Church is open from 10:00 am to noon on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings. An opportunity for reflection or just tea, coffee and biscuits!

House Groups

A number of house groups meet to pray and study the Bible together. House groups are a way for people to enjoy fellowship, and deepen their faith.  They play an important part in building our sense of community. Most groups meet fortnightly - some during the day, some in the evening. The purpose is to encourage people by praying together.  Some groups choose to study books on a spiritual subject together. In others there is bible reading or a short service. Each group will also keep in touch with the wider world and church. Some groups support an organisation with which the church is linked.   Fun is not ignored as social events are also organised by the groups.

Over 60s

Our lively Over 60s group meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm in St. Peter's Church Hall.  Our meetings include  speakers, activities, a raffle, information and friendship.  If you need new interests, why not join us.  For information please contact Val Walther - tel 01276-63300.
